Danny and Tracy are the owners of Our Daily Bread, a neighborhood bakery in Columbia, South Carolina. Originally from New Jersey, Danny built his career in professional kitchens as a sous chef, and Tracy worked the line—developing the discipline, speed, and attention to detail that great baking and service require.
They moved to South Carolina for its welcoming culture—where a local bakery can become a trusted part of a growing food scene and a daily routine for the community. Columbia felt like the right place to build something lasting: a business rooted in consistency, hospitality, and pride in the work.
